    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    SALES TAX

    Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to California addresses.

    SHIPPING

    FedEx Express shipping is available for 3rd day, 2nd day, and overnight by request – please contact us for rates and delivery time estimates.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    MAC happily ships internationally to any location via FedEx, simply contact us for shipping rates. MAC is not responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods.

    RETURNS

    MAC accepts returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from stains, wear, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

    Items sold for a discount of 20% off or greater are final sale and are not eligible for return.

    To send back goods, please call us or email info@modernappealingclothing.com for authorization.

    Customers assume responsibility for return shipping charges, including duties or fees incurred on international order returns.

    MAC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of funds for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to the MAC Online Returns office.

    If all requirements are met, the original form of payment will be refunded; if not items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.
